Our Commitment to Quality
At ROROs Labs, we stand behind the health and genetics of every Labrador Retriever we breed. Each puppy is the result of careful selection, extensive health examinations, and a passion for the future of the breed.
1.0 Genetic Health Guarantee
ROROs Labs guarantees that at the time of delivery, the puppy is in good health and has received appropriate medical care, including deworming and age-appropriate vaccines.
Lifetime Coverage for Genetic Disorders
We guarantee our puppies against severe hereditary defects including Exercise-Induced Collapse (EIC), Centronuclear Myopathy (CNM), and Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA). If a puppy is diagnosed with a life-altering genetic condition, ROROs Labs will provide a replacement puppy of equal value.
All breeding stock at ROROs Labs undergoes rigorous DNA testing through EMBARK or Paw Print Genetics to ensure we are only advancing the healthiest lines.
2.0 Orthopedic & Hip Certifications
We guarantee the puppy against moderate or severe hip dysplasia according to the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) classification for a period of 26 months from date of birth.
- Parents must have OFA "Good" or "Excellent" hip rating.
- The guarantee is void if the puppy is overweight or has been subjected to strenuous exercise/jumping before 12 months of age.
- Official OFA radiographs by a licensed veterinarian must be provided for any claim.
3.0 Buyer Responsibilities
Initial Veterinary Check
The buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of possession to validate the health guarantee.
Nutrition & Weight
The buyer agrees to keep the puppy on premium large-breed puppy food and maintain a healthy weight to protect joint development.
Spay/Neuter
Puppies are sold with limited registration. The buyer agrees to spay/neuter after 18 months but before 24 months of age.
Socialization
The buyer agrees to provide proper socialization and basic obedience training within the first 6 months of ownership.
4.0 Right of First Refusal
"No ROROs Lab should end up in a shelter."
If at any time in the dog's life the buyer cannot keep it, ROROs Labs must be contacted. We reserve the right of first refusal. We will either take the dog back or assist in finding an approved and vetted home. No refund will be given for returns after 7 days unless due to a health guarantee claim.
